Roy Halladay was widely regarded as the best pitcher in baseball for several seasons. From 2002 through 2011, Halladay was named to 8 All-Star teams and received Cy Young votes seven times, winning the award twice, as well as finishing second twice, third once, and fifth twice. He also finished in the top 10 in MVP voting twice.
