Shane Victorino was named to two All-Star teams and received MVP votes three times.

Victorino led the National League in triples twice in his career, in 2009 and 2011, his two All-Star seasons.

Victorino won four Gold Gloves. Victorino's career fielding percentage of .994 is the eighth-best fielding percentage in major-league history among outfielders.

Victorino won the 2008 Lou Gehrig Award which "is selected by the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity to honor the Major League Baseball Player who best exemplifies the spirit and character of Lou Gehrig, both on and off the field." He also won the 2011 Branch Rickey Award, which "was given annually from 1992 to 2014 to a member of a MLB organization in recognition of his exceptional community service."

Victorino was a regular for eight seasons, 2006 - 2013. In those eight seasons, Victorino played for six playoff teams, three of whom went to the World Series. He played for one World Series winner, the 2008 Philadelphia Phillies.
